Due to its large glass front, as well as the huge space, the Cinedom in Cologne is perfectly suited to serve as the venue for JCON EUROPE 2023.
Furthermore, it also offers enough possibilities to get there, e.g. by car or public transport.
A parking garage below the building offers the perfect opportunity to arrive by car independently or in a carpool.

JCON offered a fantastic opportunity to meet people I had previously only known online, allowing for meaningful in-person connections. The event excelled in bringing together speakers from around the world, making it a truly global gathering. The impressive venue, featuring a large hall and a huge screen, added to the overall experience and created a captivating atmosphere. The positive energy and enthusiasm felt throughout the event made it a memorable and enjoyable experience.
How to get to there
There are many ways for you to get to the event.
By car
Without navigation system:
Coming from the freeways 1, 3, 4 or 57, first follow the signs "Zentrum" and then "MediaPark".

By train
Starting from Cologne's main train station, you will need about 15 minutes by S-Bahn.
Take lines 6, 11, 12 or 19 in the direction of "Düsseldorf" or "Düren" and get off at the "Köln Hansaring" stop.
From there you just have to walk about 850m.
Alternatively, you can take lines 12 or 15 to the "Christophstraße/MediaPark" stop. From there you need another 600m walk.

By airplane
Starting from Köln Bonn Airport, you can walk to the S-Bahn station "Köln Flughafen Köln/Bonn Flughafen Bf".
Take the line 19 in the direction of "Düren" and get off at the "Köln Hansaring" stop. From there you walk about 850m.
